Justus designed his way out of kindergarten and turned it into his profession, studying industrial design engineering. Parlaying this background in design theory into a successful career as a creative director, he applies a methodical, problem-solution approach to help clients achieve their goals through design.

For more than 15 years, Justus has designed logos, brand identities, websites, digital communications, and other creative content for companies for hundreds of organizations around the world.

He co-founded the Amsterdam-based creative agency, Convince, which merged with MacAllen Media & Public Affairs in 2023.
